• "Withdrawal" means a request by the User to transfer funds from their Account Balance to a verified personal payment method.

To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification is required before any withdrawal may be processed. KYC documentation may include:

• Bets placed on any market are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed, except in circumstances where the market is voided by bet77 due to event cancellation, postponement beyond defined limits, or verified pricing error.
• In-play (live) betting odds are updated in real time. bet77 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without prior notice.
• Where an event result is disputed or subject to official review, bet77 will settle the market based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body within 72 hours of event completion.

For casino and live dealer games, including slots, baccarat, roulette, and sic bo:

• All electronic casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are applicable over statistically significant sample sizes and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Users of the bet77 Platform are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC, or any other account management process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human methods to access the Platform, place bets, or interact with any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain access to another User's Account or to any part of the Platform's systems or infrastructure without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive behaviour in connection with any game, bet, or transaction on the Platform.
• Using the Platform in a manner that disrupts, overloads, or impairs its normal operation or availability for other Users.

All content on the bet77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, interface design, software code, trademarks, and service marks — is the intellectual property of bet77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without prior written permission from bet77.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bet77, its officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated savings resulting from gambling outcomes.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information published on the Platform.
• Disruption to the Platform caused by circumstances beyond bet77's reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, network interruptions, force majeure events, or third-party service outages.
• Unauthorised access to a User's Account resulting from the User's failure to secure their login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bet77's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• bet77 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activity associated with the Account.
• The User has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request by bet77.
• The Account is subject to a judicial, regulatory, or law enforcement order requiring suspension or seizure of funds.
• The User has requested self-exclusion under the Platform's responsible gambling tools.

Users may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the bet77 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure does not automatically trigger a withdrawal; any remaining real-money Balance must be withdrawn to a verified payment method prior to or as part of the account closure process. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless specifically stated otherwise.

Users in Malaysia acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is subject to the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953, as amended.
